    Download your strategy

    Browse the catalogue and download the strategy you want to run. Each strategy page has its full description, parameters, and backtest results so you can pick the right fit — your plan determines whether you can run it in backtest or live mode.

    NinjaTrader 8.0.28 or later
    Windows 10 or Windows 11
    .NET Framework 4.8
    4 GB RAM minimum
    Internet connection for activation
    A funded trading account (for live mode)

    Install in NinjaTrader 8

    Open NinjaTrader 8

    Launch NinjaTrader 8 with no charts or strategies running.

    Import the strategy

    Go to Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On… and select the strategy file you downloaded from the catalogue.

    Confirm the import

    Accept the prompts. NinjaTrader compiles and installs the strategy automatically.

    Restart NinjaTrader 8

    Relaunch so the new AlgoEdge strategy is loaded and ready.

    Activate your license

    Your license key

    Your unique key lives on your profile. Copy it from there and paste it into NinjaTrader 8 — the license service uses it to validate your subscription at runtime.

    1. 1Open NinjaTrader 8 and go to Tools → AlgoEdge → License Manager.
    2. 2Click 'Add New License' and paste your license key.
    3. 3Click 'Activate' and wait for the confirmation.
    4. 4Restart NinjaTrader 8 to complete activation.

    Start trading

    You're set

    Add the strategy to a chart or the Strategies tab, set your parameters, and enable it. We strongly recommend running in Sim/Backtest mode first to confirm behaviour before going live.

Troubleshooting

License activation failed

Check your internet connection and confirm the key is pasted exactly as shown on your profile. If it persists, reach out on Discord.

Strategy not appearing in NinjaTrader

Re-import the add-on, then restart NinjaTrader 8. Make sure you're on a supported version (8.0.28+).

Strategy shows as expired or unlicensed

Confirm your subscription is active on your profile and that the machine has internet access — the license is verified online at runtime.
